The boys met with MASTER AELEA today to learn how to throw some kicks and learning a few self defense moves. It was a great event and we had a lot of fun. The highlight of the day was at the end of our session by breaking a few boards. Yes I said boards. If you have a piece of wood that is 12″ x 12″ x 1″, it take 200 lbs. of force to break that board. It also take focus and determination. We shared with the boys that it takes focus and determination to be a Christian and serve our Lord.
